What is Graston®
The Graston Technique® is an Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) treatment that uses stainless steel tools to treat soft tissue injuries. It works by identifying and breaking down adhesions and restrictions in muscles and connective tissue to improve blood flow, increase range of motion, and accelerate healing.
Trained clinicians at Health Rok use the Graston Technique® to help patients restore function and mobility.
Graston® is Used To Treat
Graston® Soft Tissue Therapy is an effective treatment for:
- Sports Injuries: tendonitis, muscle strains, and ligament sprains
- Chronic Pain: Plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel syndrome
- Post-Surgical Recovery: scar tissue management and improved range of motion
- Soft Tissue Injuries: whiplash and rotator cuff injuries
Clinicians at Health Rok will assess your condition and determine if Graston® is right for you.
